Here in the states a lot of times we will have a private or county wide dive team that are used for search and rescue, the Fire Department is dispatched first with their trained personnel, and then if it's a missing person in the water, or extended search and rescue, they call the dive teams. But We could add boats, and units that pull boats (they are usually pick up trucks here) and we could trained the personel in an academy. I think the THW in germany does stuff like this, but this game doesn't have the THW. And i'm sorry if this has all been stated before, i'm translating from german to english, and the translation isn't the best.

Ich hatte diese Idee auch. Hier in den Staaten eine Menge Zeit werden wir einen privaten oder Landkreis breite Tauchteam, die für Such-und Rettungs nicht verwendet werden, wird die Feuerwehr zunächst mit ihrem Fachpersonal entsandt, und dann, wenn es sich um eine vermisste Person im Wasser, oder verlängert Suche und Rettung, sie nennen die Tauchteams. Aber wir konnten Boote hinzuzufügen, und Einheiten, die Boote ziehen (sie werden in der Regel Pickups hier) und wir konnten die Personal in einer Akademie ausgebildet. Ich denke, dass das THW in Deutschland macht Sachen wie diese, aber dieses Spiel hat nicht den THW. Und es tut mir leid, wenn dies alles wurde schon gesagt, ich bin der Übersetzung von Deutsch auf Englisch, und die Übersetzung ist nicht die beste.

Der Einsatz wäre tatsächlich mal eine gute Gelegenheit den POI See einzubinden.
2 FuStW, 1 LF, 1 ELW1, 1 RTW, 1 NEF und 1 GW-Taucher (Personal mit Ausbildung GW-Taucher).
Transportquote würde ich auf niedrig ansetzen, im RL stellt der Notarzt leider meist den Tod des Patienten fest.

Transportquote mein Vorschlag 10%, bei einem Toten stellt der NA den Tod fest und dann kann der Rettungsdienst wieder fahren. Variante ohne Polizei soll mir recht sein
Wofür brauche ich denn 2 LF und 1 RW bei dem Einsatz. Ist nicht böse gemeint, aber wenn eine Person im Wasser versinkt kann die Feuerwehr doch meistens nur am Fluss/Seerand bzw. Strand warten, bis die Rettungsschwimmer den Patient bringen und dann kommt der Rettungsdienst ins Spiel.
Denkbar wäre das RW bei einem Fahrzeug, dass ins Wasser gerät, aber das würde ich als eigenen Einsatz gestalten
